Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. All items (excluding clearance items, swimwear, intimates, and hats which are FINAL SALE) may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in the condition it was sent. Please e-mail us at ccvintagemix@gmail.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line to receive instructions on returns. All returns are granted in the form os store credit.

Please review all photos , details, and measurements before purchase.  The size listed on vintage clothing tags has changed over the years, so we recommend comparing the measurements listed to determine your fit.

VINTAGE ITEMS CONDITION

All items we sell are handpicked vintage, and you will receive exactly what is shown in the picture. We do our best to describe every item as accurately as possible, and never intentionally try to hide a flaw. If we have made an error we will issue a full refund. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. 

Mint (10)

item is as pristine as it was originally made. Shows no signs of wear. Could have original tags

Near Mint (9)

item shows only the slightest signs of light wear.

Excellent - (8-7)

item shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.

Very Good (6-5)

item is considered wearable but has some minor surface flaws (staining, tearing for example)

Good (4-3)

item is considered wearable but cannot be returned to excellent condition even if repairs are made.

Fair Project (1-2)

Numerous flaws. Might be wearable with care or repair.

SHIPPING

Domestic Orders

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. An order cannot be canceled once it has been placed, but can be exchanged for another item if the order has not been shipped.
Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly. 

If free shipping is offered, your package will be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail only. 

To upgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail, or to add signature confirmation and insurance, please contact us directly at ccvintagemix@gmail.com.

International Shipping Orders

We ship internationally to Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. We do not ship to the following locations: Africa, South America, Central America, Mexico and Asia (except Japan).

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyer's responsibility 

All international items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, and usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. This includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. For faster delivery items may be shipped via Express Mail International and will usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing.. Shipping times are not guaranteed

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. CC Vintage Mix is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
